The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Service Agent agent to join our fun, passionate team.
Using your organised administration and exceptional communication skills, you will be responsible for delivering consistently high quality service for our guests from the booking process through to their time onsite. Reporting to the reservations manager, you will be required to:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour
- Support the Barnbougle team to make reservations and respond to guest queries via phone calls, over email and in person
- Assist guests with seamless check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and special arrangements
- Ensure accurate billing and payment processing
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
The right candidate will be:
- Able to solve problems to resolve guest issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using hotel management software is preferred
- Proficiency in using word processing documents
- Flexibility to work shifts between 6.30am-9.00pm, including weekends and holidays.
