What you will be doing:
- PM Shift 2:30 pm - 10pm Friday + Saturday nights with the option to pick up other shifts
- Great for a 2nd job !
- You will be the first face people meet at check in.
- Greet, check-in/out, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Take reservations and update bookings
- Be a local tour guide to showcase everything Dubbo has to offer
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera Cloud, Opera or a related system desired, but not essential
- Have a can do attitude and enjoy everything we do in hospitality
