Customer Service | Altona location I 1x PT and 1x FT temp/ongoing contract | $33.75 ph + super | ASAP start

Hays are proud to continue our partnership with an internationally renowned automotive company. Located in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, they are currently seeking two motivated and positive customer service professionals to join their team in the capacity of a part-time or full-time Guest Services Advisor.

Your new role
This role is on a temporary contract until March 2023 with the view to be extended. There is one FT and one PT vacancy available.
Working in a fast-paced contact centre environment, your duties and responsibilities will mainly consist of:

Receiving high volume inbound customer service calls from customers who have either purchased or looking to purchase a vehicle
Responsible for providing professional communications and conversations with customers
Communicating suitability and ideal resolution to customer queries and concerns
Complaint handling and conflict resolution
Logging all calls and transactions accordingly

What you'll need to succeed

Automotive industry experience (preferred)
Contact Centre experience in a high-volume capacity (essential)
Complaints or issue resolution experience (essential)
Confident and honest approach
Active listener with the ability to think on your feet
Excellent computer skills
Confident and strong ability to problem solve and provide solutions
Resilient work ethic when dealing with difficult customers
Full, unrestricted working rights to be employed in Australia
