Job tasks and responsibilities

· Excellent personal presentation.
· Flexibility with availability, including ability to work on short notice.
· Entering reservations via telephone, email and GDS
· Room allotments and allocations
· Staff training and motivation
Skills and experience:
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Hotel PMS (Room Master an advantage)
· Ability to articulate and communicate well
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Leadership
· Ability to work autonomously
· Ability to handle complaints
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
· Highly computer literate with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Flexibility with hours and roles as required
· Understanding of content management
