Guest Services Agent - Full Time

Job tasks and responsibilities

Successful Candidates will possess

·        Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.

·        Outstanding Customer Service skills.

·        Excellent communication and organisational ability.

·        Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.

·        Displays initiative and has strong self-motivation.

·        Excellent personal presentation.

·        Flexibility with availability, including ability to work on short notice.

·        Entering reservations via telephone, email and GDS

·        Room allotments and allocations

·        Staff training and motivation

Skills and experience:

·        Exceptional attention to detail

·        Hotel PMS  (Room Master an advantage)

·        Ability to articulate and communicate well

·        Excellent time management and organisational skills

·        Ability to multi-task

·        Leadership

·        Ability to work autonomously

·        Ability to handle complaints

·        Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure

·        Highly computer literate with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft            Word and Excel

·        Flexibility with hours and roles as required

·        Understanding of content management

To be successful in this role, you will have unlimited work rights in Australia and will be available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends as per our business demands.
