The Southern Ocean team is close-knit, attracting hospitality professionals from around the world and creating a remote family for guests and staff alike. Renowned for their relaxed and friendly first-name service, our people offer the magic that keep our friends returning for more.
This role will see you:
- Meeting and greeting our discerning guests
- Processing arrivals and departures
- maintaining room accounts
- Assisting with guest enquiries
- Working on various administration tasks and generally being a pivotal point of contact for all guests.
- Making Restaurant and Spa bookings
- Scheduling the operations daily movements
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Impeccable presentation and phone manner
- Outstanding guest relations and communication skills
- Flair for organisation with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
- Excellent word, Excel and Publisher skills
- Ideally full current Australian Drivers License
