We now have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Service Agent to join The Louise team. This multi-faceted role will see you meeting and greeting our discerning guests, processing arrivals and departures, maintaining room accounts, assisting with guest enquiries, working on various administrative tasks and generally being a pivotal point of contact for all guests.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Impeccable presentation and phone manner
- Outstanding guest relations and communication skills
- Flair for organisation with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
- Experience with RMS reservations system (or similar) and Microsoft Office programs
