What is the role?
• General administrative duties
• Customer facing role - Checking in guests, taking bookings and ad hoc reception duties
• Assist in maintaining accurate records
• Support the front and back of house teams in a busy regional venue
• Experience with RMS and Swiftpos highly favourable
Do you measure up?
Are you a Guest Services Superstar with at least 2-3 years experience, plus:
• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
• Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate not only yourself but a team as well.
