Our Guest Services team are a fountain of knowledge with their fingers on the pulse when it comes to all things Thredbo. The Guest Services front line stars are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and are the gurus at selling Summer Hikes, MTB passes, clinics, & rental and our to our in-resort guests.
As the Guest Services Supervisor you’ll get to guide and motivate the team on each shift to provide outstanding customer service to our guests and ensure their Thredbo experience is unforgettable. Within this role you will be required to communicate at a high level and display strong time management skills across a diverse Guest Services environment.

If you’re up for an exciting opportunity to:
- Deliver a professional Guest Services experience to a wide range of guests.
- Show efficiency and problem-solving skills to better the guest experience
- Promote a positive team work culture and assist in developing resolutions
- Supervise the daily operations of sales and cashiering outlets, including confirming daily takings, ensuring correct float levels and overseeing change orders.
- Display strong administrative skills
- Maintain the integrity of the customer database.
- Respond to guest enquires through multiple modes of communication.
Experience and skills:
- Previous supervisory experience / appropriate level of training in supervising others
- Sound knowledge and ability in RTP Operating System (desirable)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience in retail cash handling.
- Relevant experience in tourism-based customer service, information services and/or a fast-paced customer service environment.
