Job Description & Summary
Our Guidewire team focuses on delivering Guidewire implementation services to Insurance clients. We deliver end to end Guidewire suite implementations, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results. And we're looking for a leader to take our team to the next level, as we help to resolve complex business issues from strategy to execution within our vast community of solvers.

As an expert in Guidewire PolicyCenter , you'll lead a team that will help clients harness technology systems in financial services focusing on areas such as insurance, sales performance management, retirement and pension, asset management, and banking & capital markets. In our Guidewire team, you'll also be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from Insurance domain background;
- Experience on Guidewire Cloud, Policy Center preferred. Billing Center and Claim Center considered; Experience on Guidewire cloud concepts is preferred;
- Experience in Guidewire Portals, such as ProducerEngage, CustomerEngage, VendorEngage, ServiceRepEngage;
- Knowledge in Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting / UI / Data Model);
- Experience in software architecture and design patterns. Experience on Guidewire Integration Framework concepts is preferred;
- Experience on any database Oracle / SQL Server / Postgres and well versed in SQL
- Understanding on electronic content management solution;
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices;
- Experience on business communication skills;
- Experience on leadership skills and leading team;
- Coordinate build, deployment, and code merge activities;
- Work with client business SMEs to understand the requirements and translate them into viable solutions;
- Maintain and fix issues in various environments like Dev, QA, UAT and Prod. Involve in unit testing and documentation; and,
- Understanding of tools on Guidewire Studio, Guidewire Cloud Console, Visual Code Studio/JetBrains, JMS, JSON, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Rest API, Git/Bitbucket.
