Senior/Lead .NET Technical Consultant (Client Facing Role) – Melbourne CBD based or 100% remote anywhere in Australia – Permanent Full time! • Senior/Lead .NET Technical Consultant role - This is a client facing role
• We are not looking for Graduate or Junior or Mid Level candidates (Looking for Senior/Lead Developers)
• Melbourne candidates only or 100% remote anywhere in Australia.

• Please note as this role is a consulting position, there will be client facing work, and you will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with various clients.
• Salary: $120K-$150K base + super (MAX), Would to $160K + super for a super outstanding candidate
• Permanent full time role
• 100% remote anywhere in Australia (Client is not particular on location)

Key Responsibilities:-

• Work with different and variety of clients, excels in providing technical expertise and guidance to clients
• Proficient in understanding client needs, translating technical requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions. This role often involves hands-on problem-solving within the technical domain.
• Effective communication, proactive issue resolution, and ensuring that client needs are met in a way that aligns with project timelines and goals.
• Managing the client experience and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Hands on Development
• Collaborate with offshore Developers
• Mentor team members
• Code reviews + enforce coding standards and best practices within the team

Key Requirements:-

• Strong communication skills
• Happy to work with clients and work on multiple projects with various clients
• Experience a Senior or Technical Lead

• Skilful in the .Net stack, minimum 5 years as a Software Developer. Predominantly, but not limited to:-
• C#.NET
• MVC
• Web APIs (building and consuming)
• SQL server
• Entity Framework
• Cloud solutions experience (Azure / AWS)

• Advantageous to also have any of:
• React, Angular
• Xamarin
• SSIS
• Machine Learning
