Currently, we are seeking an experienced "Guidewire Test Manager” to work on significant projects for our client at the Sydney location.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff to ensure that across projects the delivery remains within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets as defined with project teams.
- Testing SME who understands tools and drives the management and other stakeholders to use them.
- Establish and Implement Priority Test Governance Framework.
- Must have experience in Guidewire Modules (Policy center, Billing center, Claim center).
- Must have experience in analyzing and reporting on test activities and results, and escalating issues and risks to project management.
- Must have experience in developing test plans, test cases, and supporting test data and/or requirements, under own direction from the specifications.
- Must have experience in assigning and executing test cases at various stages of testing.
- Should have the ability in contributing to team improvement initiatives and projects, including team tools, process changes, and test automation.
- Should have the ability in identifying, managing, and documenting defects, programming errors, and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.
- Should have the ability to accurately record time and effort for test cases collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.
- Have experience in defect tracking and conducting triages.
- Immense experience in coordinating with business teams and supporting them during UAT.
- Very Good Communication Skills.
