Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Lifeguard/
Gym Attendants to join our team located in Townsville.

Your day to day activities:
- Conduct pool opening procedures, including removing pool covers, cleaning the pool and surrounds.
- Place lane ropes in pool and prepare all safety equipment.
- Test the pool water and record the daily results in SMM
- Conduct lifeguard activates throughout the opening hours of the pool.
- Undertake the rescue of any user as required in accordance with standard work instructions covered by the certification.
- Ensure all pool safety equipment and rescue equipment is available at all times
- Conduct pool closing procedures.
- Manage access to swimming pools by entitled members only
ABOUT YOU- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Current Resuscitation Certificate
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Genuine passion for excellent customer service
- Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory)
- Certificate III in Fitness (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a lifeguard role
