Cornerstone has expanded! With a surge in demand for our youth programs, athlete initiatives, collaborations with clubs and teams and our adult members, we are on the lookout for a passionate individual to join our dynamic team. 

We are in a growth phase, providing the perfect opportunity for an experienced coach and operator to work alongside others and to bring their skills and experience to continue to grow a facility, community and a great team.

Responsibilities: 

The role of the Facility Manager (FM) is one of leadership. The FM must possess the tangibles and intangibles of a great leader. The FM is responsible to build and grow the facility and company collectively, to manage their team of coaches and a best-in-class operation. They must do so through unrivalled care and excellence. The FM’s ultimate goal is to grow the business, develop the community and define the culture while helping his/her team perfect their skills and deeply understand the core values of Cornerstone. The FM must possess in-depth knowledge of business, particularly related to fitness/health, stand as a pillar in the community, guide their team toward new heights, and lead the facility and company to greatness.

Requirements: To apply for this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:

• Cert 3 & 4
• 1+ years of experience operating a fitness facility and leading a team in a full-time capacity
• >4yrs Training and/or coaching
• Active CPR and First Aid Certification
• Working with Children
• Possess a genuine love for training people of all fitness levels, and be comfortable working with both large groups and individual clients, as well as youth and adults. 
• Demonstrate a passion for your own health & fitness, serving as an inspiring role model to our members
• Have excellent communication skills to effectively connect with and motivate clients and team members alike
• Exhibit the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
