What are we looking for:
We're after expressions of interest for Group Fitness and Personal Training roles within our growing Milne Bay and Highfields Health Clubs. Group Fitness Instructor roles are available for all styles of training, including weight based and Aqua classes, held across a variety of mornings and afternoons, with weekday & weekend times available.
As our Health Club membership grows, we're also seeking applications from amazing people who'd like to join the Health Club team on the Gym Floor or as Personal Trainers. The Gym Floor role is perfect for personal trainers looking to build their client base while working in a Health Club environment. The successful candidate will be friendly, have some experience in personal training, exceptional verbal communication skills and have a passion for health and fitness.
What you need to succeed:
- Prior experience within the health and fitness industry is desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Fun and friendly attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Passionate about making a difference in the community
- You are ready to lead the way in creating extraordinary member experiences on a daily basis
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Hungry to drive improvements and work within a fast-paced environment

Qualifications to be held or obtained prior to commencement:
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
- Certificate III in Fitness or Relevant Fitness Qualification
- Current First Aid
- Current CPR
