About the role:
We are looking for expressions of interest for casual Gym Instructors that would like to be an integral part of creating and maintaining a healthy and thriving community within the newly refurbished Swan Active Midland facility that is due to open early 2024.

Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
• Create a welcoming environment that meets all fitness levels and abilities.
• Foster effective and genuine relationships with customers by helping people to connect with one another.
• Encourage and motivate customers to achieve positive health and well-being goals by designing and delivering innovative and tailored exercise programs while ensuring the safety of members.
• Keep connected and educated with industry trends and training requirements.
• Deliver and supervise all activities associated within the gym, observing safe working practices, ensuring the health and safety and wellbeing of all users.
The successful candidate will have the following:
• Relevant Tertiary Qualifications equivalent, CERT III in Fitness or equivalent
• CERT IV in Fitness or equivalent is desirable
• Current Senior First Aid
• Current National Police Clearance
About working with us:
The hourly rate for this position will be from $17.12 (under 17 years old) - to $33.47 per hour, plus 25% casual loading depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
