Techforce Personnel, in partnership with an industry-leading specialist in facilities management, maintenance, building, construction, and project management services, seeks a Hard Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager to ensure compliance with contracts and legislation for youth well-being.
As the Hard FM Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence. Your primary responsibility is to liaise and cultivate strong relationships with the client's Facilities and Capital Infrastructure team. In this dynamic role, you will lead innovative initiatives within hard facilities maintenance, aiming for enhanced efficiency and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead innovative solutions to optimize efficiency within facilities maintenance.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the client's Facilities and Capital Infrastructure team.
- Drive ongoing improvements in maintenance services and actively support asset management methodologies.
- Lead the development of new ideas and innovations within hard facilities maintenance, resulting in tangible efficiency improvements.
- Organize and control operational activities for effectiveness and transparency.
- Demonstrated experience in robust facilities maintenance within a complex infrastructure systems environment, including human resources management.
- Oversee subcontractors' performance and compliance in the Hard FM contract.
- Experience in highly intricate operational settings, including energy plants.
- Relevant trade or technical (engineering) qualifications.
- Strong facilities management experience in a complex building (e.g., hospital)
- 5 years Minimum Experience in a similar environment and role.
- Experience in facilities maintenance programs and practices.
- Strong contract management experience, including subcontract services.
- Proven relationship management skills, with experience utilizing organic business relationships to obtain new jobs, clients, and potential growth opportunities.
- Strong leadership skillset with experience displaying skillful communication, technical expertise, promotion of key business values and ability to mentor and coach employees.
