Job Description:
Experience of Server Hardware trouble shoot/break fix, FW upgrades and downgrades.
OS level debugging experience.
Experience of Soldering/desoldering.
Experience in Datacenter operations or in test labs.
Rack, compute, and storage servers mounting/dismounting.
Windows/Linux Imaging via PXE, SCEM, USB.
Experience in handling customer technical issues.
Experience in working with OEMs and ODMs for server HW failures.
Experience in SCEM, Active directory and windows administration.
Experience in network switch and KVM configuration.
Experience in creating SOPs and documentation.
Experience of BIOS level changes UEFI/Legacy and working with any Out-of-band management platforms.
Experience of any ticketing tool and VSO tool to submit the task and bugs.

Min Salary: $80,000
Max Salary: $90,000
