Form of work We require up to 150 people to assist with planting, picking, pruning and general Farm Work in the Bundaberg and surrounds, QLD.
These duties will include:
Picking vegetables
Planting
Pruning
General farm duties
Position will commence Mid May 2024 with various intake through till Mid April 2025, and last for up to 3 years.
Payment for these positions will be under the Horticulture Industry award 2020.
You will generally work 5 days per week from Monday to Friday, though this may change from time to time. You may also be rostered on to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Selection Criteria:
Good fitness level with very high endurance
Ability to acquire good speed at manual tasks
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to have a good eye for detail
Ability to work on weekends
Ability to follow instructions and apply processes quickly
Commitment to Employment or as required
Applicants from outside the Bundaberg and surrounding area must demonstrate a commitment to moving and living in the area for the period of employment.
