With a flair for creativity and an eye for current trends you would develop recipes and products for use in our venues and as we look to expand from producing for ourself into a retail space!

The Role:
Our Fun Dining group is currently looking for an experienced, hands on Head Production Baker for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and is interested in growing their career in hospitality. The position will be based out of our new state-of-the-art production facility located in Morningside, Brisbane.

Responsibilities:
- Product Development
- Kitchen & Team Management
- Training and Recruitment
- Implementation of Company Procedures
- Inventory control
- Weekly target management
- Maintaining records of stock levels
- Conferring with Head of Production & Executive Chef on quality & consistency of product
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years experience in a similar role
- Excellent Kitchen Management Skills
- Experience with Cost management
- Experience in working towards KPI's
- Strong Leadership attributes
- Hands on Leadership Style
- Product Development skills
- Prior experience in breads, pastries and baked goods
