Each creation will reflect our commitment to quality and community, from rustic bread to indulgent pastries.The RoleAs the Head Baker at this Bakehouse, you'll drive their bakery operations, establishing high-performing production processes to accommodate wholesale and retail baked goods. Your expertise in recipe development, quality control, and overall product excellence will be instrumental in shaping our menu and delighting our customers. Your strong kitchen management skills will also ensure vigilant inventory management, demand forecasting, and local ingredient sourcing, optimising our operations for efficiency and sustainability.Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience as a Head Baker or Pastry Chef
- Strong kitchen management skills
- Creativity and innovation in recipe development, with a passion for exploring new flavours and techniques.
