We’re Queensland’s largest multi-sport facility and have Athletics, Aquatic, Tennis and Fitness Centres, as well as grass and synthetics playing fields, indoor and outdoor multi-sport courts, function spaces and retail outlets. About this Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Head Barista who has a passion for coffee and customer service! Working 25 hours per week as the Head Barista you will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the BrewPoint Café as well as mentoring and training barista and customer service staff.
In this role you will:
Provide exceptional customer service to a loyal customer base by providing high quality food and beverage services
Manage café inventory levels
Deliver initiatives to improve customer service and drive sales
Develop and mentor other team members to ensure product knowledge and high standard service
To be successful in the role you will have:
12 months’ barista experience
12 months’ customer service experience
Sales and cash handling experience
Well developed interpersonal and relationship building skills
Ability to train and mentor staff
