Head Barista/Supervisor

Located in beautiful Peregian Beach Outer Square is a bustling cafe. Established in 2021 Outer Square has quickly become a destination for locals and visitors far and wide. Serving our own signature blend hand crafted by the team at Clandestino we pride ourselves on every coffee made. Outer Square is about to embark on a small renovation which will see 2 coffee machines installed to help enhance functionality and efficiency.

We are on the hunt for our next energetic, head barista/coffee aficionado Someone that will go the extra mile to look after caffeinating our guests.

The position of head barista is extremely important, working alongside the food and beverage manager all applicants must have impeccable latte art, be meticulous on the machine and have the ability to pump out large amounts of coffee whilst still ensuring quality. Always working with at least one other barista, applicants must enjoy working in a team environment. This is a full-time salary role which includes holiday and sick leave.
