Since then, they have opened more cafés in Camp Hill, Southbank & Hawthorne, 4 kiosks at West Village, Everton Park, Westfield Carindale & the City and a popup in Westfield Chermside

Ideally we would like our Head Barista to come to us with experience and have a desire to grow and help expand with us. Someone who is approachable, bubbly, proactive and hard working. A genuine lover of hospitality, and someone who prides themselves in delivering an unparalleled coffee and customer service experience.

The Role:
As the Everton Park Head Barista, you play a crucial role in fostering a positive team culture, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and delivering top-notch coffee products. Working closely with the store manager and store supervisor, you contribute to maintaining high standards at our Everton Park store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft delicious and expertly brewed coffee, leading by example.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Bring a vibrant, energetic attitude to work, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the store manager and store supervisor to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Mentor and upskill fresh and junior staff in line with direction from your Head of Coffee, working alongside them on the machine and on the floor.
- Foster a unified team spirit, embodying a "One Team, One Dream" vibe.
- Proactively identifying and promptly reporting any maintenance issues to the Head of Coffee or Area Manager for resolution.
- Vigilantly monitoring and managing stock levels, including coffee supplies, powders, milk, garnishes, and dine-in cups, to ensure seamless operations and prevent shortages.
- Working with the Head of Coffee to resolve product costs when necessary.
- Primarily accountable for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and optimal stock levels of the coffee section, while consistently delivering high-quality products at our Everton Park store.
- Bring 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar position, showcasing your coffee mastery.
- Ideally woring on a casual Wednesday -> Saturday roster
