Bar Biscotti is a highly renowned local cafe in North Strathfield. It’s currently growing and looking for a Head Barista to nurture and expand the current coffee agenda! To be suitable for this role, you’ll require a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, have a passion for customer service and pride yourself in making exceptional coffee!
Qualifications & experience
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to handle 6-8kg alone.
- Exceptional quality and speed in delivery.
- Understanding of coffee beans and specialty coffee.
- Customer focused and positive energy.
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality and ability to train new staff.
- Passionate about coffee!
Tasks & responsibilities
- Take care of the day to day coffee agenda.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee is maintained.
- Explore new coffee initiatives and specialty drinks.
- Train and guide other team members during coffee rush.
- Work alongside the venue manager to ensure stocktake is completed on a weekly basis.
