AddressThis is a full-time on-site role for Head Barista located in our Flagship store in Wetherill Park, NSW. (which is soon to go a complete facelift, fitout and redesign!)
The Barista is responsible for working in busy periods, providing amazing coffee, and building a regular customer base making them wanting to return daily. Experience Working with volume is a must, and the ability to handle multiple dockets with multiple milks is necessary. We firmly believe a friendly face at the coffee machine, with a great attitude, is paramount when selecting a Barista for our brand!
• Customer service and communication skills
• Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge and expertise
• Proven experience in Coffee - Latte Art is a bonus
• La Marzocco knowledge, and the ability to adjust equipment to suit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the café or restaurant industry is preferred
