About the roles:
These leadership roles are the perfect opportunity for established industry professionals looking to take the next step in their career.
Overseeing the teams in your section of our venue, your key responsibility will be managing the departmental day to day operations, with a focus on building the best possible team to deliver the best possible guest experience. You will also be responsible for rostering, shift management, oversight of stock management, sales and adhering to budgets.
- Assistant Sommelier (FT) – experience with Latin American wines to advantage
- Head Barista (FT) - high volume specialty coffee experience essential
- Bar Supervisor (FT) – experience leading teams in a fine dining environment to advantage
- Floor Supervisors (FT/OT/CAS) – experience with Latin American food and fine dining restaurants to advantage
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative restaurant team, and supported by our operations team, you will be pivotal in the continued development of the Renascence Group.
About you:
You are someone who maintains high standards and is driven by the success of both yourself and others. You lead by example, have a vibrant personality, are professional and always well-presented.
You will have demonstrated experience in a fine dining restaurant environment, exemplary people management skills and a focus on nurturing a respectful work environment.
You are a clear and concise communicator and have a sound understanding of OHS and WHS regulations. You will offer quality and consistency throughout every service with a strong customer focus and sales orientation.

Renascence Group operate three restaurants, two in Melbourne, one in Sydney and more on the way.
Our newest restaurant, Morena Sydney, is an exciting new project just opened within the historic GPO building at 1 Martin Place. The 200 seat venue showcases a diverse range of cuisines from across Latin American cultures. Our goal is to elevate Australia’s engagement with Latin America, whilst staying true to the flavours and techniques that represent Latin cuisine, the fine dining venue is a first for Sydney.
Our Melbourne restaurants focus on provenance and sustainability. Our flagship restaurant Farmer’s Daughters heroes the Gippsland region and preserves the proud tradition of local farmers and producers, delivering their delicious produce direct to the heart of Melbourne.
