You will need:- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or café setting in a similar role
- Ability to handle large volume quality coffee production
- A strong understanding of grinder adjustments, dosing & distribution, and brew ratios
- Skilled in milk texturing and latte art
- A sense of accountability & taking ownership of this new role
- Educate, train and manage staff on our coffee program, systems and procedures
- Sound food safety/compliance knowledge
- Current RSA
- Strong work ethic
- Confident communication style & a professional approach
- Maturity, initiative, & a sense of urgency
