Relocation costs will be covered (capped $) and assistance will be given wherever possible.

The menu is strongly focused around the surrounding areas and produce from WA with foraged flora and native ingredients playing a dominant part of the menu.

Applicants will be required to have significant experience in either Hatted or Michelin star venues and have managed kitchens of a similar size.

About you:

• A proven leader with experience in hatted and /or michelin starred venues. A genuine and infectious passion for the industry.
• Innovative approach to menu and dish design and the ability to communicate and train your team to deliver the very best culinary experience to the restaurants patrons.
• You're already a known professional in the industry, you lead by example and excel under pressure.
