We are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at our stunning, newly renovated Cleveland Winery Hotel. to join our Hotel Group.
ABOUT YOU:- Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery
- Relevant experience in a premium restaurant/banquet kitchen
- Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine
- Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required within a rotating roster
- Well presented, punctual and reliable
- Ability to keep your section clean and organised with a good understanding of work flow and structure
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- A passion for quality food and produce
- Own transport required
