About the Role
- Lead daily kitchen operations, whilst showcasing your culinary skills to execute a modern twist on a Mexican Menu
- Proven experience managing Food COGS, Labour Management, Stock Management and Food Safety Compliance
- Working with the General Manager to ensure a highly skilled, engaged and well trained team
- Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure exceptional guest experience
- Ensuring compliance with Food Safety standards and WHS regulations
We are looking for a BOH leader with previous experience as a Head Chef in a similar style venue. The successful candidate must hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and be an experienced Chef looking to progress, upskill and grow within a large hospitality group.
