We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic PASTRY CHEF to join our highly skilled kitchen brigade. If you like the idea of writing new dessert menus and proposing interesting additions to our pastry section, including our Award-Winning High Tea, then this is the place to let your inspiration fly. You will be given as much creative freedom as you wish and access to the best produce and suppliers available.
Burnt Orange is housed in a beautiful sandstone mansion overlooking Sydney Harbour, serving breakfast, lunch and high tea. We also have a growing weddings & events business and have spent the last 15 years building an incredibly strong brand. The successful applicants will,
- Have at least 3 years experience working as a PASTRY CHEF
- Be creative and passionate about food
- Be able to work under pressure whilst still consistently producing excellent food
- Be reliable, have a positive attitude and be a team player!
