About the Role:
Lead a team of passionate, professional and proficient Chefs at this incredible Luxury Island Resort. With bespoke dining, events and luxury High End dining, the role of Head Chef encompasses curating a seasonal and daily changing menu, fine dining cuisine with creativity and execution paramount to succeed in this role. Clear and effective communication, solid leadership and proven High End fine dining experience is essential.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in fine dining | High End dining in a resort / restaurant setting
- Exceptional communication and administrative skills
- Ability to lead, develop, engage and motivate a team of professional Chefs
- Creative, passionate and possess excellent time management
- Menu Development and execution in a High End dining environment
