- Enthusiastic and personable with a track record of strong leadership and innovative kitchens within fast paced pub or club restaurants.

- Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the business, guests, and staff.
- Confident with classic Australian cuisine with a modern twist. You will be designing a menu of classics done well and responsible for seasonal menu updates.
- Accountability in controlling food and labour costs.

- Build and lead your team with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
