As the Head Chef / Kitchen Manager you will complete:

** Short order / Prep including preparing 18 salads daily

** Complete tasks and meals to high standards

** Support the Executive Chef with management of shifts in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures including directing the activities to maximise sales, operating efficiency and profit

** Share responsibility for the achievement of designated customer, profit, sales, and employee targets

** Cooking/Customer service duties such as Frying, Grilling, Packing Orders, Stock Take & Ordering

** Strive to learn product knowledge to help increase sales

** Support the Executive Chef in maintaining and developing team members to meet the standards of performance required

** Other duties as required

This position is Full-Time with regular Friday's and Sunday's off!
