To be considered for this role you must be an experienced Head Chef, a veteran in handling al a carte and function service simultaneously, problem-solving on the go, building and developing your team in a fast-paced venue and have a love for amazing food and most of all be the leader of your team.
You will be a person who lives and breathes the hospitality industry and is well versed in the general operations of a large-scale venue, willing to grow with the expansion and pass your knowledge on through the training and development of your team.

- Work closely with FOH and management on menus, service and events
- Order, stocktake and management of OHS inline with food safety
- Maintain and build on new supplier and vendor relationships
- Direct kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and cleanup
- Plan menus and set prices making adjustments as needed based on the availability of ingredients
- Experience has a Head Chef at a venue similar in size and offerings
- Trade qualified
- Weekend availability and willingness to work across a 7-day roster including weekends, and some late nights
- Ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks.
- Fluent written and verbal skills
- Willingness to be part of an enthusiastic and motivated team and lead by example.
