We are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at our stunning, newly renovated Hotel to join our Hotel Group.ABOUT YOU:Relevant qualifications in Commercial CookeryRelevant experience in a premium restaurant/banquet kitchen
Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine
Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCPAvailability to work weekends and public holidays as required within a rotating roster
Well presented, punctual and reliable
Ability to keep your section clean and organised with a good understanding of work flow and structure
Ability to prioritize and work under pressureA passion for quality food and produce
