An exciting new Mexican restaurant concept is coming to Hastings St Noosa Heads.
Expected opening date is 20 August. We want to be known for our top-tier tequilas, margarita and cocktail list, and an authentic Mexican menu that pulses with the bold flavours and rich spices of the Mexican culinary scene.
We are looking for someone to head our kitchen team.
About the Role:
Lead daily kitchen operations, whilst showcasing your culinary skills to execute a modern twist on a Mexican Menu
Proven experience managing Food COGS, Labour Management, Stock Management and Food Safety Compliance
Working with the group Executive Chef to ensure a highly skilled, engaged and well trained team
Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure exceptional guest experience
Ensuring compliance with Food Safety standards and WHS regulations
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a leader with previous experience as a Head Chef in a similar style venue. The successful candidate must hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and be an experienced Chef looking to progress, upskill and grow within a family run hospitality group.
