The Head Chef at Oakridge will be the culinary leader and manage a kitchen team across our hatted restaurant, events, terrace and cellar door food offerings.
You will lead the delivery of delicious and consistent food that highlights local, farm to plate produce with ingredients that are sourced locally and sustainably from our kitchen garden.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for hiring, training and developing your own team to ensure their ability matches expectations.
We are an award winning winery Halliday no.1 Winery and The Real Review Winery of the year with an equally stunning hatted restaurant overlooking the cool climate vines and stunning grounds of Oakridge Wines. Operating a large modern kitchen, we craft every dish with heart and honesty, using only the best local produce available.
You will join a friendly and supportive work culture, and can also look forward to a great lifestyle as we are an a la carte lunch only restaurant, opening only on evenings for pop up events, weddings and functions.
