The Role:
The ideal candidate will be a leader who is passionate about their team, achieving results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong team player with a ‘can do’ approach. Leadership skills are essential!
- Full accountability of profitability and results within food department
- Delivery of KPIs including sales, food and labour cost control
- WH&S standards
- 2+yrs experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Motivational leader, coach and mentor
- Passion for teamwork inspiring others
- Strong business acumen, kpi driven and results focused
- Customer first approach
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
