The Role: As our Camp Catering Head Chef, you'll oversee the culinary operations, ensuring every meal is a delightful experience. Your responsibilities will include menu planning, food preparation, supervision of kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Camp Catering or similar roles, ideally serving 150-300 individuals.
- Expertise in food styling and presentation, elevating meals to a gourmet level.
- Creativity in menu development, offering diverse and healthy options.
- Ability to work 11.5-hour days on a 2-weeks-on, 1-week-off swing. Flying out of Perth, WA.
