About The Role
We are seeking a ‘hands on’ passionate & committed Head Chef to lead our team, whilst maintaining our Garage brand. This leading position requires a passion for food & excellent service and is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-established and dynamic environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the smooth & efficient running of daily all the kitchen daily operations, and ensuring food standards are to the highest quality, whilst working cohesively with our team to guarantee all guests are having an amazing dining experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Costing, quality control and maintaining high standard of product.
- Management, training, and development of the kitchen team.
- Ability to work under pressure within in a fast-paced environment
- Stock control & ordering, food costing, labour management & inventory procedures.
- Compliance regarding all food-related practices & procedures
