Brick Lane Espresso is modern 100 seat cafe located in West Pymble. Open 7 days for breakfast and lunch, and hold functions and events. We are a high volume food focused local eatery with a great reputation and an experienced and passionate team. The food is kept simple whilst using excellent quality produce. Everything is made in house including pasty and retail food products.
We are close to completion of our business expansion, including a brand new state of the art kitchen and new site fit out. The Kitchen has been designed and set up with top of the line equipment and has all of the tools to make work as efficient and comfortable as possible. Including air conditioning! anything is possible with these facilities.
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Chefs join and lead our team. Working closely with an experienced chef owner and our current long serving team, you will to assist in building and implementing menus, systems, processes, maintaining and improving quality overall.

The successful applicants will have
- Minimum 10 years experience in notable establishments ( Head Chef)
- Extensive knowledge in kitchen operations, Food safety, rostering, recruitment, ordering and financial management. (Head Chef)
- Will have varied experience in excellent high volume restaurants and cafes
- Be creative and passionate about food
- Be required to create great tasting and inventive specials and assist in menu planning
- Be a clear communicator and be able to motivate and teach junior staff members
- Be able to work under pressure whilst still consistently producing excellent food
