Swan Christian College’s thriving K-12 campus is in the Swan Valley, WA and comprises state-of-the-art facilities and includes an established Online school and Trade Training Centre. The Junior School caters for 475 students from Kindergarten to Year 6.

About the Role
Swan Christian College is seeking a qualified and engaging Head of Advancement to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of the importance of strategic marketing, communication, community engagement branding, alumni, fundraising and events, and will be a strategic and contemporary thinker with a growth mindset and significant experience in a similar leadership role. The main purpose of this role will be to enable exceptional community engagement by leading the Advancement Team. The Head of Advancement will strengthen a suite of support services anchored in community engagement, thereby strengthening a strategic enrolment pipeline, philanthropic energy and quality experiences for stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a part of the Executive Team, working on the strategic direction of the College.
