Practice Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to enhance and streamline the daily operations of their medical practice in the outer Eastern suburbs. This practice consists of a single general clinic and is overseen by the Director who will support your onboarding. The team cares for a diverse group of patients, underpinned by a team of well established local doctors, and a support team of nurses & administrative staff.
 
Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Office and practice operations
• Resource planning and management
• Human resources and staff support
• Quality improvement and accreditation
• Business support and growth, including management assistance and marketing coordination
• Daily accounts management for the Practice
• Customer service, patient care, and stakeholder engagement
• Hiring of Doctors

Key Selection Criteria

• 5 + years of experience as a Medical Practice Manager
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of empathy
• Proficient in written and verbal communication, with keen attention to detail
• Proven track record of client-focused service delivery
• Skilled in developing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders
• Capable of confidently, positively, and professionally representing the brand of the practice
• Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding patient and practice information
• Competent in utilizing and enhancing various office systems and processes
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
