Reporting to the Deputy CEO – Safety in Sport. The Head of Anti-Doping Operations plays a key role in ensuring the effective, efficient and accountable delivery of Sport Integrity Australia’s anti-doping operations as Australia’s national anti-doping organisation. In performing this function, Sport Integrity Australia has implemented the World Anti-Doping Code and delivers a comprehensive anti-doping program to protect the health of Australian athletes and the integrity of sport.
The Head of Anti-Doping Operations is responsible for a range of functions including anti-doping testing, intelligence, investigations and science and medicine and works collaboratively across the agency and with partners to deliver operational outcomes. The Head of Anti-Doping Operations contributes to the strategic direction of Sport Integrity Australia, particularly operational delivery options spanning deterrence, detection, and enforcement and capability development and partnerships.

Your integrity, judgement, and strong leadership credentials will be paramount. You will have a strong focus on results, the ability to solve and manage complex or sensitive issues and a genuine interest in building organisational capability. A background in intelligence, investigations, specialist capabilities and experience in engaging with stakeholders on sports integrity matters would be desirable.
