The Head of Anti-Doping Operations is a member of the executive leadership team, providing operational and strategic leadership to the Operations Group. Reporting to the Deputy CEO – Safety in Sport. The Head of Anti-Doping Operations plays a key role in ensuring the effective, efficient and accountable delivery of Sport Integrity Australia’s anti-doping operations as Australia’s national anti-doping organisation. In performing this function, Sport Integrity Australia has implemented the World Anti-Doping Code and delivers a comprehensive anti-doping program to protect the health of Australian athletes and the integrity of sport.
The Head of Anti-Doping Operations is responsible for a range of functions including anti-doping testing, intelligence, investigations and science and medicine and works collaboratively across the agency and with partners to deliver operational outcomes. The Head of Anti-Doping Operations contributes to the strategic direction of Sport Integrity Australia, particularly operational delivery options spanning deterrence, detection, and enforcement and capability development and partnerships.

A background in intelligence, investigations, specialist capabilities and experience in engaging with stakeholders on sports integrity matters would be desirable.
