About the role

The Head of Boarding is an exciting senior role that provides strategic leadership, pastoral care, administration and management of our boarding community. It requires a strong passion for boarding, and a leadership and management style that is ‘hand on’, overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure a safe, supportive and caring environment that fosters academic, personal, social and emotional growth for all boarding students.
