As brand custodian you will understand the importance of developing and maintaining consistent brand assets and frameworks, and leverage stakeholder management skills to ensure their appropriate execution across the team and broader business.
We are looking for someone who can bring a vision to develop the future capabilities of our Brand team, to champion process improvements and the necessary systems and tools to make it easy for the Brand chapter to thrive in their delivery of market-leading craft excellence for 7-Eleven.

What will you do?
- Guide the chapter on brand strategy and vision, and support the rollout of packaging, graphic design, consumer PR, events & sponsorships.
- Be responsible for brand experience, proposition, architecture, long-term brand assets, and guidelines
- Coach chapters members to build capabilities across craft, business and commercial acumen.
- Set and innovate ‘best practices’ within the craft and ensure they are consistently applied throughout 7-Eleven.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual development discussions with chapter members.
- Contribute to the quarterly business planning process within agile operating rhythm
- Build and deliver internal brand and customer facing propositions, process improvements and systems that help achieve our Customer Tribe and enterprise ambitions.

Be responsible for the “how” your Brand Chapter (8 chapter members) operates in terms of process, stakeholder engagement, agency and brand partner ways of working, and capability development. The ability to maintaining interaction and influence, transparency and trust enabling our in squads to deliver to our priorities will see you collaborate and share your rich knowledge and experience.
