The OpportunityWe seek a highly skilled and experienced individual to join us as the Head of the CEO’s Office. Based in either Melbourne or Sydney and reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO's office. You will play a key part in helping to manage stakeholders across Government, Private sector, and Industry bodies while managing all aspects of internal engagement with senior managers from local to global executives.You will be a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring their time is used to address key priority tasks across the scope of work. You will help effectively manage and deliver key events, including drafting presentation material, keynote talking points, and public relations, while working closely with the Communications Marketing and Brand team.What will the role be responsible for?Internal Operations:

• Provide strategic guidance for the CEO's office.
• Manage internal stakeholder engagement, promoting communication throughout the organisation.
• Coordinate the CEO's global meeting schedule, agendas, and supporting materials.
• Act as the primary liaison for executive visits to Australia & New Zealand.

External Stakeholder Engagement:

• Plan and execute CEO/COO meetings and events involving key external stakeholders (government, industry, etc.).
• Develop key relationships within key government and private clients to help drive open communication between parties.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing & Comms to enhance ACCIONA's visibility through CEO/COO engagements.
• Prepare presentation and discussion materials for the CEO and COO.

Coordination & Support:

• Manage CEO/COO schedules, correspondence, travel, and appointments.
• Facilitate and follow up on commitments stemming from CEO-led committees.
• Supervise office administration personnel (office managers, EAs, etc.).

Required Skills and CompetenciesWhat will you need to be Successful?

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives within complex organisations.
• Superior communication skills (written and verbal), with an aptitude for aligning stakeholders.
• Impeccable organisational and project management abilities, ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across executive management to internal operational teams.
• Proven experience managing events and public relations across multiple states.
