Position Details
Head of Christian Service & Liturgies - Full-time, Ongoing
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Head of Christian Service and Liturgies to join our College. This is full time, ongoing position commencing 1 January 2025. Reporting to the Dean of Ministry, the core purpose of the Head of Christian Service and Liturgies, is to facilitate student faith by continuing and growing the College’s culture of service, which is embedded in lifelong learning.
Your responsibilities as Head of Christian Service & Liturgies include:
Christian Service
• Create an overarching framework for Christian Service-Learning program 7 -11 and supporting processes.
• Facilitate reflection activities on Christian Service-Learning activities.
Liturgy
• Prepare PCG Mass roster and support PCG teachers in preparation of students for Mass.
• Work with local clergy in the organisation of PCG Masses.
Mission
• Operational coordinate a Mission in its entirety annually.
• Oversee fundraising activities and collection of donations for Mission(s).
Social Justice
• Collaborate with the Social Justice Officer to offer student opportunities for service.
• Provide ongoing organisational support for College Social Justice events.

Qualifications Required
• Undergraduate degree in a specific discipline with a Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary) or Bachelor of Education
